Black Hearts Print Kamik Rain Boots - Made in Canada - $60 pair 

These adorable printed rainboots are 100% waterproof and recyclable.  They are made in Canada, are lightweight (2.9lbs) and have great support with the removable Kamik footbed.  The lining is imported from Italy.  They stand 13.5 inches high and are a narrow fit.  People with wider feet or if you take a half size, may want to go up one size.
