HOW TO ORDER:
Shopping is easy on our online shopping site.   Simply choose the category of product you are looking for on the top red banner of our site.  Select the artist or sub category and then get shopping.  

Find out more about an item by selecting the photo or the "More.." link.  To see a larger photo of the product, please select the photo then select the option to "View Larger Photo."   When you would like to add an item to your shopping cart, select the "BUY" button.  If you are done shopping at that point, you can check out or if you would like to keep shopping, simply click on the category you would like to shop in on the top, red banner.

When your final order is submitted, you will be taken to the PAY PAL screen where it will prompt you for your PAY PAL log-in or you can select the area to create you new PayPal account.   It is free to have a PayPal account.   

We use PayPal to process your credit card orders to ensure your security when shopping online.   If you prefer to pay us with your Visa or MasterCard  in person or over the phone, please contact us. 

Once you submit your order, you will receive an email of your invoice.  The invoice will state that the order is OPEN if you have not paid for it yet, or it will state that the order is CLOSED when you have paid for your order.   We receive the same email and will only fill orders once they are paid in full.

SHIPPING:

LIMITED TIME SPECIAL:  Shipping is FREE on orders over $75 CDN before tax when delivered within Canada and mainland USA!

OUTSIDE CANADA & MAINLAND USA: 

We charge a flat rate shipping fee for all Canadian orders, and send this regular parcel mail.  Please call or email us for shipping rates outside of Canada or for rates for RUSH orders using FED EX or UPS.   We intend to charge you the approximate cost that Canada Post will charge us to get you your items quickly.  We do not intend to inflate the shipping price, but need to make sure our shipping cost is covered.    Due to the infinite places you can be ordering from across the world, we do not have the space to list all international shipping prices as they are subject to change. 

Shipping Notes: 

This site is a retail selling site and is meant to be used for individuals buying items.  Items are not intended as wholesale items for re-sale. We reserve the right to refuse any order. 

Please provide a street address rather than a postal box for orders or the order may take longer or not get delivered.   Changes is not responsible for time delays in shipping as we are not affiliated with Canada Post or any other company we use for shipping items to you. 

Standard delivery charges are as follows :

$16 (plus GST)  for orders totaling $100 or less. 

$21 (plus GST) for orders totaling between $100 to $250

$26 (plus GST) for orders totaling between $251 and $400

$30 (plus GST for orders totaling between $401 and $500.

Please call  or email for rates for orders totaling over $500 or for orders that are being sent to the USA, UK.   

Your freight may be adjusted if you purchase heavy items that are going to cost $5 or more above these posted rates - footwear and apparel may be examples.  We will let you know of any rate changes in freight charges so that you can decide if you still want the order or not. 

Our Shipping Aim: 

We want to get you your items that you have bought in a timely manner for a reasonable rate.  We are not intending to inflate the price of shipping that we are charged by Canada Post, but rather, need to make sure that shipping costs are adequately covered to get you your items to enjoy sooner than later.  Thank you.

AVAILABILITY:
We want to make you happy and we want to sell our merchandise. For this reason, we work hard to ensure items are available for you, however, some things remain out of our complete control, making some items unavailable to you on a temporary or permanent basis. We will notify you immediately of any delay in your order or if any items are no longer available. Thank you for choosing Changes!

GIFT SHOPPING:
Send someone a gift from Changes and it will arrive beautifully gift wrapped in our signature wrap.  We can send it to you wrapped or if you write the shipping address of the person you are sending it to, then we can send it to them.  

In order for us to know that you are sending a gift, please email us the order number and state that you would like it wrapped.   If we send the package out before you request the package be wrapped, then we cannot be held responsible.   Email uswith your questions regarding sending gifts.

Exchange / Return Policy:

All sales of individual items valued less than $100 each are a final sale.    Our items are consigned by local and Canadian artists who need to be paid for their work.  We have a final sale policy in our stores as well.   Please email or call us with any questions.
