Changes' EASIEST Run / Walk Club
EVER!
From January 9th to March 19th, I will be
hosting a virtual running (or walk) club. Sign up, set your
goal, run your goal each week, email a check-in to get a gold star,
the most gold stars win prizes after March 19th, PLUS, I will
donate to charity for each gold star
