When ordering this necklace, you need to also EMAIL Changes at info@changesclothing.com with your 28 specific characters for the artist to hand make for you. The order cannot be filled until you email this information.  If we don't hear from you as to your wishes, then we will contact you by email to ask for your specifications.   

Because this necklace is custom made by the artist, please be advised that the necklace takes 7 days to make (perhaps longer at during the December holiday time). We will ship it out to you as soon as it is complete.  The artist will not re-make any mistakes you make in spelling or dates.  These pieces are meant to vary in their letter placement as they are completed by hand as a piece of art rather than being machine pressed.
